Cushion Warranty

D.O.T. Furniture offers a one-year warranty on cushions to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt.

EXCLUSIONS:

Warranty does not include nor cover normal fading, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, the use of improper cleaning products, use of sun-tan oils or other chemicals, vandalism, acts of nature such as wind, freezing, etc. and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship. Warranty also does not include delivery, pick up or on-site inspection.

Cushions Care and Maintenance

Cushions offer both style and comfort to your outdoor furniture. The best way to keep your cushions looking like new is to take steps to prevent damage from the elements by using a protective cover. Fabrics should be cleaned regularly before dirt and food particles are allowed to accumulate. Regular cleaning of your outdoor cushions will eliminate the need for more frequent vigorous cleaning. Spot wash the cushion with a sponge or soft bristle brush and a solution of water and mild dish soap. For more difficult stains a commercial stain remover may be used (follow manufacturer’s instructions and spot test). It is recommended that the fabric be Scotch Guarded every time the fabric is washed and stored indoors when not in use to prolong the life of the fabric. Do not machine wash or put cushions in the dryer.
