Furniture offers a ten-year warranty on the frame and a two-year warranty on the fabric of all aluminum and sling furniture against the separation of seams and to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt. Goods requiring assembly need special care when handling. Inspect all parts and hardware BEFORE assembly. Valid part and/or hardware claims must be made PRIOR to assembly. Damages resulting from assembly errors and/or mishandling of parts, most notably scratches, are not covered by warranty.

 

Cast Aluminum Warranty

Firepit Insert - D.O.T. Furniture offers a one-year limited warranty on fire pit inserts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt.

To maintain firepit insert hardware, perform periodic checks to make sure the hardware is secure and tighten if needed. Occasionally lava rocks can be replaced. Glass beads can be removed and washed and dried before adding them to the insert again. When the firepit table will not be used for an extended period or during extreme cold weather, remove the battery from the starter. At least twice a year, using a venturi cleaning brush (that can be purchased at your local hardware store) clean the venturi tube. The venturi tube is the tube that extends from the burner to the control valve. This procedure is important to remove any obstruction to the flow of the propane to the burner. Periodically check burner holes for obstructions and clean them away using a brush.

 

Umbrellas & Gazebos Warranty

D.O.T. Furniture offers a one-year limited warranty on umbrellas, parasols and gazebos and a 90 day warranty on parasol covers to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt. Goods requiring assembly need special care when handling. Your gazebo should be taken down for the off-season. The simplest and most inexpensive method to keeping your umbrella or gazebo clean is to pull out the hose and spray it down. Occasionally, when hosing off the umbrella or gazebo does not work, a simple mixture of mild dish soap and water is your best solution. Do not machine wash or put the cover in the dryer. Caution must be used when using an umbrella in your glass table and an umbrella base must be used. Never leave an open umbrella unattended.

D.O.T. Furniture offers a one-year warranty on cushions to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt.

Cushions Care and Maintenance: Cushions offer both style and comfort to your outdoor furniture. The best way to keep your cushions looking like new is to take steps to prevent damage from the elements by using a protective cover. Fabrics should be cleaned regularly before dirt and food particles are allowed to accumulate. Regular cleaning of your outdoor cushions will eliminate the need for more frequent vigorous cleaning. Spot wash the cushion with a sponge or soft bristle brush and a solution of water and mild dish soap. For more difficult stains a commercial stain remover may be used (follow manufacturers instructions and spot test). It is recommended that pillows be stored indoors when not in use to prolong the life of the fabric. Do not machine wash or put cushions in the dryer.

Sunbrella® Limited 5 year Warranty

This warranty protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to colour or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

This warranty covers Sunbrella fabric only. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.
 

Golden Egg BBQ Oven Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Ceramic Parts
D.O.T. Furniture offers a limited lifetime warranty on ceramic parts of the Golden Egg BBQ Oven to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with an original receipt.

5-Year Warranty on Metal Parts
D.O.T. Furniture offers a five (5) year warranty on all metal and cast iron parts used in this the Golden Egg BBQ Oven to be free of defects in material and workmanship 

1-Year Warranty on Thermometer and Gaskets
D.O.T. Furniture offers a one (1) year warranty on the thermometer and gaskets of the Golden Egg BBQ Oven are free of defects in material and workmanship.

Indoor Design Warranty

Frame: Dot Furniture warrants all frames to be free of manufacturing defects for one year.
Springs: Dot Furniture warrants all springs to be free against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for one year.
Foam: Dot Furniture warrants all foam cushions for a period of one year against loss of resiliency. The loss of
resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening or flattening of the fiber and foam that will occur as the
result of normal use.
Bed Mechanism and Mattress: Dot Furniture warrants the bed mechanism and mattress for one year.
Fabric: Dot Furniture warrants the fabric, and any defective materials and workmanship for one year. The warranty does not cover fading, piling or shrinking and is not valid where there is heavy soiling or abuse. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.
Casegoods: Dot Furniture warrants material and workmanship of casegoods for one year.

All warranties apply from date of purchase under conditions of normal usage only and do not apply to defects resulting from negligence or misuse.
