From the start of this pandemic, we have experienced so much patience and kindness from our staff and customers. It is amazing to see how people have pulled together to practice kindness in one of the most difficult situations of our lifetimes. Unfortunately, there are also many people that are understandably frustrated with everything Covid has caused.
As a business, we are doing everything we can to give our customers great service and product, but our overseas supply chain has encountered extreme challenges.
We have also experienced an overwhelming number of phone calls and emails that we are working tirelessly to respond to. Due to the extraordinary number of calls and orders, our office and stores may take up to 5 business days to return your call or email.
This is just a reminder that the pandemic has affected all of us in different ways, and we are ALL human. Please be kind and respectful while we continue to work our absolute hardest to make as many people happy as possible.
