Store Policy

Price Adjustments 
If the product that you purchase at Dot goes on sale within 14 days, bring in your receipt and we will refund you the difference. 

 

Returns
Merchandise that is new, unused and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 7 days accompanied with an original receipt. Merchandise that does not meet the refund criteria may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Pickup or redelivery are available for an extra charge.

Merchandise cannot be refunded when in transit.

Refunds must be returned to the original store location from which they were purchased.

Cash Sales will be refunded by Dot Furniture company cheque and will be mailed within 7 to 10 business days.

Final Sale merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged.

There is a $250 limit for debit refunds. Any amounts exceeding this limit will be refunded by cheque and will be mailed within 7 to 10 business days. 

 

Warranties
All warranty work must be assessed and is only valid with an original receipt and does not include delivery, pickup or home inspection.
Merchandise must be inspected upon receipt of purchase. Missing parts or out of the box defects need to be reported to the store within 7 days of possession.
 

Layaways
Sales orders require a minimum of a 20% down payment and are only valid for 2 weeks. Sale prices are not guaranteed beyond promotional periods.

 

Pre-sales
Require a minimum of 20% down payment to reserve items in production, once the goods arrive in our distribution center Dot requires any remaining payment to be finalized within 2 weeks of arrival.

 

Custom Orders
Custom Orders require payment in full and are non-refundable.

 

Delivery
Delivery and assembly are available for an additional charge and are not refundable.

 

Pickups
Pickup of products may only be released to cardholders; ID, original credit card, and receipt are required for pickup.

 

Gift Cards & Credit Note
Gift Cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for merchandise or services at all Dot Furniture locations. For store credit redemption, the original credit note must be presented.
