Indoor Furniture & Accessories Warranty

Frame: Dot Furniture warrants all frames to be free of manufacturing defects for one year.

Springs: Dot Furniture warrants all springs to be free against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for one year.

Foam: Dot Furniture warrants all foam cushions for a period of one year against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening or flattening of the fiber and foam that will occur as the result of normal use.

Bed Mechanism and Mattress: Dot Furniture warrants the bed mechanism and mattress for one year.

Fabric: Dot Furniture warrants the fabric, and any defective materials and workmanship for one year. The warranty does not cover fading, piling or shrinking and is not valid where there is heavy soiling or abuse. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.

Casegoods: Dot Furniture warrants material and workmanship of Casegoods for one year.

Wood: Wood furniture is covered for one year against structural defects, including frame, joints, and hardware issues, as well as cracking, warping, or splitting due to manufacturing defects.

Exclusions:

Warranty claims are only valid with the original receipt and must be assessed by our service center. Warranties apply only under normal usage and conditions. For goods requiring assembly, inspect all parts and hardware before assembly. Valid claims for missing or defective parts must be made prior to assembly. Normal wear and tear are not covered, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, or impact damage, discoloration or shrinkage, fabric pilling or misshapen filling materials, stains, or other signs of regular use. Alterations that depart from the original design void the warranty. Damage from using a product in a manner other than its intended design is not covered. Examples include standing on chairs or jumping on beds. Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures, such as warping or discoloration, is excluded. Indoor furniture used outdoors or in inappropriate environments is not covered. Natural variations in grain patterns, color, and knots in wood are not considered defects and are excluded from the warranty.
