DOT Furniture Accessible Customer Service Plan
DOT Furniture is committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities.
DOT Furniture will ensure that all staff are trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods and services.
DOT Furniture will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that respect their disabilities.
DOT Furniture welcomes people with disabilities and their service animals on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.
A disabled person who is accompanied by a support person will be welcomed on the premises.
Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way DOT Furniture provides goods and services to people with disabilities can e-mail at

All feedback will be directed to the Service Manager.
Customers can expect to hear back within 48 hrs. if requested.
Complaints will be addressed according to our organizations regular complaint management procedure.
Any policy of DOT Furniture that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified or removed.
