What a busy time for DOT Furniture! We are so grateful to all of our staff working endlessly and all of our amazing customers who have been supportive during this time. During these trying times, we want to assure you that D.O.T. Furniture is taking various precautions and following the guidance from public health officials.

Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing an extraordinary number of calls and orders. Our office and stores may take up to 5 business days to return your call or email. Rest assured that we are doing everything to meet this unprecedented demand.

RETAIL LOCATIONS: Our retail locations will be temporarily closed from December 25th 2020 to February 21st 2021, unless government mandates change. If you need to contact a store, please see our locations page for store phone numbers and emails. You can also contact the head office by emailing info@dot-furniture.com. 
 

ONLINE ORDERS: 

  • All orders placed from December 16th to January 3rd will not be processed until January 4th 2021. 
  • All shipping fees will be calculated after you have entered your information and postal code.
  • You may also pick up your order at our warehouse in Mississauga FREE of charge. Simply select "Pickup in Store - Mississauga Clearance - FREE" under shipping options on the checkout page. An e-mail will be sent to notify you when your order is ready for pickup. However, all orders placed from December 16th to January 3rd will not be processed until January 4th 2021. An email will be sent within 5 days of processing your order with details. You may also find more answers on our FAQs page.

 

DELIVERY:
All orders placed from December 16th to January 3rd will not be processed until January 4th 2021.

In order to reduce contact during the delivery process:

  • All outdoor merchandise will be delivered to the garage or driveway
  • All indoor merchandise will be delivered to the inside front entrance
  • We cannot deliver to backyards
  • All condo deliveries will be delivered using a dedicated service elevator only
  • We cannot offer assembly or cardboard removal

All orders placed from December 16th to January 3rd will not be processed until January 4th 2021. An email will be sent within 5 days of processing your order with the delivery details. Waiting for your order? If it is before the 5 day mark, we ask to refrain from asking the delivery date, as it has not yet been set. You may also find more answers on our FAQs page.

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

If you have selected pickup, you may pick up your online order at our warehouse in Mississauga located at 3105 Dixie Rd located at the rear of the building. You will be notified via email with the date and time of the pickup.
 

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: During this time, we are suspending exchanges and returns of non-essential products.
